　　「187thBranch meeting:　Announcement for speakers」

一般講演はZoom Webinarを用いて、発表9分、質疑2分、演者交代1分で行います。

演者にはURLを記載した招待メールをお送りしますので、Zoomをインストールした自身のパソコンからURLを介して講演会場に入って頂きます（＊口頭発表申込時にお知らせした講演ページURLとパスワードは、聴衆として参加するためのものです）。

発表はPowerPoint等のプレゼンテーションソフトを使用し、ファイルを画面共有して講演して頂きます。ファイルサイズが大きくならないようにするため、動画やアニメーションの使用はお控え下さい。講演ファイルをPDFに変換したものを事前に提出していただきます（トラブル発生時に、ホスト側がPDFファイルを操作して、発表して頂きます。例会終了後、PDFファイルは責任を持って処理いたします。）。

9月23日（水）-25日（金）の間に、Zoom Webinarへの接続および画面共有のリハーサルを行います。必ず参加するようにして下さい。詳細についてはメールで連絡いたします。

 

The format of oral presentation will be 9 minutes for the presentation, 2 minutes for the Q&A, and 1 minute for the change of speakers, using Zoom Webinar. An invitation e-mail containing the URL will be sent to the speakers, so please enter the venue for the presentation via the URL from your own PC with Zoom installed. (* The URL and password provided when applying for the oral presentation are for participation as an audience.)

For presentations, please use a presentation software such as PowerPoint and share the file to give a presentation on Zoom Webinar. Do not use videos and animations to prevent the file size from increasing. Please submit the presentation file (converted to PDF) in advance. When trouble occurs, the host side will operate the PDF file. After the meeting, the PDF file will be processed responsibly.

From Wednesday, September 23 to Friday, September 25, we will rehearse connecting to Zoom Webinar and screen sharing. Please be sure to participate. For more information, we will contact by e-mail.
